SUBMIT DOCUMENTS ON THE APP
please take the time to collate then photograph or scan your documents.Before you begin your application you will need:

Drivers Licence (front and back)

Proof of Vehicle Registration

Proof of Vehicle Insurance

Photos of your vehicle

A current National (AUS) Police check

Secondary ID or proof of Right to Work

After you submit all the information above we will
verify your documents and then contact you to
schedule a PHONE INTERVIEW

You then
AWAIT FINAL APPROVAL

Once approved you can
START DELIVERING!

Please Note:
We approve Drivers quickly when all of the above steps and all the required documents are submitted correctly, at the time of your application - please help us get you on the road quickly by providing all required information.

THE DRIVER MANUAL
At The Courier App, we want to guarantee success for our drivers and a unique experience for our customers. Click the link below to download and study our driver's manual. Our driver manual discusses our practices and how our business operates. What deliveries we do, as well as our payments to drivers and our legal obligations.

To become a driver you must read the manual and pass our onboarding test. Don't worry if you get some answers wrong you can take the test again.

Take The Driver Test
The driver test has been designed to help you better understand the business and your obligations as a driver for The Courier App.
The test covers the basics regarding your responsibilities as a
driver and helps us know that drivers are taking the position seriously.
​
If you do not pass the first time you can take the test online a few times and even come back to it at a later date if you have any questions.
​
The test guarantees our drivers know our expectations and gives our clients peace of mind knowing that we have taken the time to educate our drivers. Our customers will have the ability to rate and review your performance from job to job.

Once you have passed your driver onboarding test and submitted all required documents we will contact you to schedule a phone interview to discuss being a driver for The Courier App.
​
Don't be nervous it's just another way that we confirm your identity as per your ID and we can build a profile of our drivers. This call also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and to discuss your availability, the type of deliveries you might be interested in, and your level of experience as a driver.
​
We are also happy to discuss matters this way prior to taking the test and sending in your documents if you are unsure about the process and what is required.
​
